Moscow, April 08. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. The PMR’s President Vadim Krasnoselsky gave an interview to the Russia Today international information holding company. During the dialogue, the Moldovan-Pridnestrovian relations was touched. The PMR President noted that Chisinau established a position of economic and humanitarian pressure on Pridnestrovie.
“All conditions to drive us into a certain framework, as well as every possible problem for a normal life have been being created. This is unacceptable,” Vadim Krasnoselsky expressed his confidence.
The PMR President believes that all issues are need to be resolved at the negotiating table within the framework of agreements that already exist. According to Vadim Krasnoselsky, any unilateral actions are unacceptable.
On the question of whether Pridnestrovie is ready to reflect military aggression in case of any danger, the PMR President replied that Pridnestrovie is a solely peaceful state. PMR nevertheless has armed forces as well as other power structure, which are capable to defend their Motherland.
“Don’t even hesitate,” the PMR President emphasized.
Currently, the dialogue between Pridnestrovie and Moldova is going through a stagnation period. At the same time, the problems in the negotiation process have long been taken place, but during the pandemic have only been worsened. Pridnestrovian in transit supplies, including medicines and medical equipment designed for protection from COVID-19, have been repeatedly detained on the Moldova’s territory.
The head of the PMR Foreign Ministry Vitaly Ignatiev a week ago acknowledged that today not a single problem is being solved, but new difficulties and issues that are preventing the relations normalization between Moldova and Pridnestrovie are accumulating.
