Tiraspol, February, 19. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. President Vadim Krasnoselsky signed accepted by the Parliament changes in the Law «About a Tax on Revenues of the Organizations». According to the approved edition in 2019 the enterprises of the industrial sector and the sphere of rendering services, except the organizations of home shopping service will be relieved from payment of a so-called «tax on losses».
This measure is directed to support the businessmen. It was repeatedly told about need of this law adoption at the meetings of public authorities with representatives of the Union of Industrialists, Landowners and Businessmen of Pridnestrovie and also «Most» Business Association.
The law extends also for 2018.
The privilege can be used in case of a negative financial result of the economic entity by the end of the year. When income from sales of products does not cover its prime cost, the taxable basis is defined at the level of the prime cost with 5% of profitability.
In addition, same act from the tax on income exempted also the newly established organizations, the organizations which are in an elimination stage and also the organization in which revenue breakdown from the sales proceeds the products, including the performed works on raw materials supplied by the customer processing, make not less than 70%.
Also, the organizations of the culture and sports sphere, the organizations-subjects of innovative activity are carried to a number of exempted from the tax on losses.
Also in this list there are «the organizations in which revenue breakdown from the sales proceeds of products, works, services in the fixed prices (tariffs), with limit of the prices (tariffs), with limit (standard) of profitability make not less than 70%» and also «the organizations in which revenue breakdown from sales proceeds of medicines and products of medical appointment on the adjustable state to the prices make not less than 70%».
