At that moment, Pridnestrovie is waiting for the Russian Federation’s reaction

Tiraspol, November 8 / Novosti Pridnestrovya/ Several ways for solving problems related to the current gas crisis were proposed by Pridnestrovie in its appeals to the Russian and PJSC Gazprom leadership. The PMR Foreign Affairs Minister Vitaly Ignatiev described this in an interview with the Russia 24 TV channel.

According to him, Tiraspol is waiting for the Russian Federation's reaction and readiness to develop optimal mechanisms for getting out of such an embarrassing situation.

Pridnestrovie sent letters to Russian President Vladimir Putin, the Russian President's Administration, and both chambers of the Federal Assembly, as well as PJSC Gazprom, Vitaly Ignatiev clarified.

We should remind you that the gas crisis in the PMR has aggravated since November 1 when JSC Moldovagaz, violating the contract terms with the Russian supplier, reduced the natural gas volume for Pridnestrovie from 3.9 to 2.3 million cubic meters per day.

The emergency state was extended in the republic until December 1, the large enterprises working was suspended, energy saving measures were introduced in the social sector.
