In Moldova, it was proposed to declare Oleg Vasnetsov persona non grata

The proposal to expel the Russian ambassador to the Republic of Moldova was made by the representative of the republic`s Presidential Administration Ion Guzun

Russian Ambassador to Moldova Oleg Vasnetsov was proposed to be declared persona non grata and expelled for participating in the inauguration of the President of Pridnestrovie Vadim Krasnoselsky. This idea was voiced by the Chairman of the Pardons Commission in the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Moldova, Ion Guzun, on Facebook.

“Persona non grata is Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Moldova Oleg Vasnetsov. We need to take a formal decision,” Ion Guzun posted on his page.

Recall that Vadim Krasnoselsky`s inauguration took place on December 17 at the Aronetskaya State Drama and Comedy Theater. The inauguration ceremony of the head of the Pridnestrovian state was attended by deputies of the Supreme Council, representatives of the executive and judicial bodies of state power. Among those invited was Oleg Vasnetsov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Moldova.
