Tiraspol, December 4. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. Today, a video conference of expert (working) groups from Pridnestrovie and the Republic of Moldova on economic issues was held. The press service of the Pridnestrovian Foreign Ministry reports that representatives of the mediators and observers of the negotiation process have been in attendance.
The parties discussed issues related to the foreign economic activity of Pridnestrovian economic agents, as well as import of various categories of goods. They also mentioned certain issues related to the problem of freight rail transport.
“In addition, the parties agreed to make efforts to sign a protocol decision on cooperation in the field of removing technical barriers, accreditation, standardization and metrology as soon as possible,” the PMR MFA press service added.
