Tiraspol, November, 26. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. Last week, a delegation of the Ministry of Economic Development headed by First Deputy Minister Alevtina Slinchenko visited Volgograd Region.
At the site of the Volgograd Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Russian entrepreneurs were told about the state of Pridnestrovian investment climate and adopted law “On State Support of Investment Activities” of PMR.
“As a result of the meeting, Pridnestrovian delegation got acquainted with all areas of the chamber’s work. We discussed issues of expanding trade and economic relations, mutual exchange of experience in technical regulation, business development, professional public accreditation, and development of professional educational programs” - the Ministry of Economic Development press service reported.
The parties also considered the possibility of signing an agreement between the Volgograd Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Pridnestrovie and PMR Investment Agency.
During the visit, representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development visited one of the successful examples of the investment project implementation on the territory of Volgograd region - Tekskor JSC (CJSC Gazprom Khimvolokno) - a large high-tech enterprise producing cord and technical fabrics.
It is noted, that Pridnestrovian delegation discussed the issues of the possible use of Tekskor products to meet the needs of the enterprises of our republic.
