Tiraspol, 17 December. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. Pridnestrovie is a real part of the Russian world. We have common values, common morality, common faith. This statement was made by the new president of the PMR, Vadim Krasnoselsky, in an exclusive interview with RT.

«Both enemies and friends call Pridnestrovie part of the Russian world. Everyone agrees. Why? Because the Russian world is really an age-old history of Pridnestrovie. We have common values, common morality, common faith. We are real part of the Russian world," noted the president.

According to him, for ages people have felt free under the dome of the Russian world, speaking any language, keeping any faith.

«The Russian world is a guarantee of peace, absence of conflicts and safeguard. This is the Russian world. The Russian world ensures convenient living. Rights are not impaired in the Russian world. And that is why, Pridnestrovie has never seen national conflicts. Because Pridnestrovie has been part of the Russian world for ages," he maintained.

Vadim Krasnoselsky also said that the peacekeeping operation, conducted in the region for 24 years, is a success.

«All these attempts to pull out the peacekeepers are dangerous. Any police mission of the EU, OSCE or any other organisation will fail. Because we are different. And with Russia we are the same… We, Pridnestrovie, were the first peacekeeping component of the Russian Federation," said the president.

The head of state also believes that following the example of Moldova and Bulgaria other nations of Europe will elect «specifically pro-Russian leaders».

«This will certainly apply to the south of Europe. Central Europe. Why? Because nations reach out for the state that offers prospects of peace. Because people understand that Russia is a peacekeeper," concluded Vadim Krasnoselsky.
