Chisinau, 3 March. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. A meeting between Pridnestrovian and Moldovan political agents Vitaly Ignatyev and George Balan is held in Chisinau.
The Pridnestrovian side is going to raise a wide scope of issues: the freight railway communication, the settlement of the problem concerning the politically motivated criminal cases launched by the Republic of Moldova against the Pridnestrovian citizens and also the necessity to stop pressure on the Pridnestrovie's officials and citizens at the Chisinau airport.
Pridnestrovie also expects to find together with the RM representatives practical ways of establishing cooperation in the spheres of motor traffic, education and mutual recognition of the documents issued by competent authorities of the sides.
It's important to remind, that in the middle of February diplomatic representatives of Russia and OSCE Sergey Gubarev and the Cord Mayer-Clodt held a meeting with the highest officials in Chisinau and Tiraspol and urged the sides to restart the negotiation process. As a result, the initiative of the Pridnestrovian side to hold a meeting in the 1+1 format was supported by Chisinau.
The meetings between the political agents from Moldova and Pridnestrovie in the 1+1 format haven't been held since October, 2015 because of the actual rejection of the Moldavan side to participate in them.
