By bribing voters and journalists, and by discrediting authorities, the oligarchical octopus called Sheriff, western funds and secret services, Moldova's law enforcers aim to win a majority in the Supreme Council," writes Novorossiya agency commentator Artyom Tarasov in his article 'Sheriff does not care about people's problems'.
The author is sure that the owner of the Sheriff Company «works in close rapport with Moldovan oligarch Vladimir Plahotniuc, who is a maidan organiser and a close friend of Peter Poroshenko.»
The control over 29 deputies is necessary to amend the constitution.
«Twenty-nine votes are necessary to make constitutional amendments. Now Gushan has 27 Supreme Council deputies on his payroll. If this number increases by two more deputies, the first thing they will do is the approval of a demilitarisation zone law that results in the withdrawal of the Russian peacekeeping contingent," writes Tarasov.
Artyom Tarasov notes that «much publicity is being given in media outlets to the prospects of a demilitarisation zone and federalisation of Moldova.» Sheriff will acquire the legalisation and price rise of its assets, and Moldova will gain territories to enter the EU as part of Romania.
