The PMR President elections are covered by more than 150 journalists

Foreign mass media representatives also arrived in Pridnestrovie

Tiraspol, December 12 /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. The presidential elections in Pridnestrovie (which are the 7th one) are covered by 153 journalists, including those from 4 foreign mass media.

The information center work was opened by the Central Election Commission Chairman press conference. During the day, not only attendance but voting data will be announced here. International observers from the Russian Federation, Poland, the Republic of Artsakh, South Ossetia, and Abkhazia will also share their impressions. They had begun monitoring how the process of the people’s will expression is going on the previous day and will continue it throughout the present day.

However, not every international observer was able to arrive in Pridnestrovie. Moldova deported nine of the Russian Federation’s citizens without giving any reason the day before. Among them are scientists, the RF’s Public Chamber representatives, human rights activists Natalya Narochnitskaya, Vladimir Zhuravlev, Alexander Kholodov, Alexander Brod, Evgeny Baklanov, Pavel Pozhigailo, Vladimir Egorov, Irina Antonova, the CEC press-service reports.
