The Education Issues and Organization of the Educational Process were discussed by Vadim Krasnoselsky and Vyacheslav Nikonov

The PMR President being at the State Duma of the Russian Federation talked with the Head of the Committee on Education and Science Vyacheslav Nikonov. They discussed aspects related to contacts in the educational sphere in addition to the issues of the Pridnestrovian-Russian parliamentary interaction. In particular they spoke about promising mechanisms for giving the status of a Russian-Pridnestrovian university to the Taras Shevchenko Pridnestrovian State University, activities of which are based on the educational standards of the Russian Federation. Another topical issue is the participation of PSU in Russian specialized programs, including the Digital University project. The topic of organizing work on the basis of the Pridnestrovian University of the Russian Higher Attestation Commission was also discussed. The topic of the Unified State Exam and the peculiarities of the unified state examination during the pandemic were discussed. Vadim Krasnoselsky informed the interlocutor that it was decided to cancel the examination of graduates in the now familiar form of the unified state examination in Pridnestrovie this academic year due to the unfavorable epidemiological situation. The PMR President assured at the same time that all the necessary conditions will be created for schoolchildren wishing to pass the Russian exam.
