Tiraspol, 2 July. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. Specialists of CJSC Elektromash have finished a complex of actions for commissioning of electric motors on objects of JSC Transneft–Upper Volga. The complex of actions for approbation is carried out after reconstruction within implementation of the investment program "Reconstruction of System of the Main Pipelines for Increase in Volumes of Transportation of Oil Products to Moscow Region".
"These engines of the VAO-4 and VAO-7 series according to results of the last business trip have been put into operation at the station Nagornaya in Moscow region and on LPDS Ryazani. Engines are used for pumping of oil, aviation fuel to the airports of Moscow region and also to supply other light oil products", – the director of CJSC Elektromash special design bureau Denis Krets has told.
Pridnestrovian enterprise works with the Transneft company for a long time. Elektromash has proved itself with high quality, responsibility, terms of deliveries and expanded guarantees. Thanks to it up to 80% of export deliveries is the share of the oil companies, such as Transneft, Rosneft, Lukoil.
"Process of control begins with a stage of production, signing of the technical project, it is completely controlled by inspectors of Transneftyenergo at the plant, and subsequently after shipment of electric motors. Our experts on objects of Transneft perform balancing and commissioning and participate directly in installation up to start. Process of commissioning comes to an end with signing of guarantee certificates and scrolling of the engine under loading within 72 hours, i.e. already as a part of the pump unit", – the engineer has explained.
Electric motors for NPP of India (Kudankulam) and for nuclear power plant of Ukraine(Khmelnitsky nuclear power plant) are in production process at Elektromash now. Among the previous buyers have appeared South Ukrainian and Zaporozhian nuclear power plants.
