Rogozin believes Pridnestrovians will grasp situation and make correct conclusions, despite all political technologies

Russia's deputy prime minister noted the main thing was not to shake the stability that has been achieved with great difficulty

Tiraspol, 11 October. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. Pridnestrovian President Yevgeny Shevchuk has held a meeting with a delegation of the Russian Federation, led by the deputy prime minister of Russia, special envoy of the Russian president on Pridnestrovie, Dmitry Rogozin.

In his speech the distinguished Russian guest mentioned the ongoing electoral campaign in the PMR. According to him, Moscow is keeping abreast of the situation in the republic.

«We, together with Yevgeny Vasilyevich, came late yesterday and exchanged impressions, and today we have continued this conversation. We all understand what is going on here. Of course, the election campaign always distracts the authorities from work — both the president and the government — but it is inevitable and should be passed. This is, in a sense, the ability to communicate directly with their citizens, people, countrymen and to tell them about the accomplishments and failures," said Dmitry Rogozin.

Vladimir Putin's envoy stressed that the people could grasp the situation and make correct conclusions, despite all political technologies,

«The people are actually very wise. I was elected to the State Duma three times and can say there are no political technologies that could confuse a large mass of people. They will always understand who is who — either by word of mouth or through any such live threads of communication with candidates, authorities or opposition," said Rogozin.

The vice premier underscored that «the main thing in an election campaign is not to shake the stability that has been achieved with very great difficulty.»

«In the course of communicating with people, it is important to understand what else should be done to make people feel more stability," he concluded.
