The sides continued working within an open agenda. According to the JCC cochairman from Pridnestrovie Oleg Belyakov, delegations failed to approve a Joint Peacekeeping Forces' plan of the main organizational activities for 2015 and to consider the report on weapon seizure in the Security Zone.
«Half a year has already passed since we have begun working on this question, but the Moldova's side is still blocking the signing of this document. This plan also includes training of the peacekeepers, maneuvers, operability tests, activity of rapid response task force, activity of the military observers and many other things. The only reason for this is that Moldova's side avoids following the basic peacekeeping operation principles which have functioned throughout all 23 years. Also, our military command prepared a report on weapon seizure in the Security Zone, but we failed to come up with a solution on this document," Oleg Belyakov told.
Also, during the today's meeting discussion of a question concerning the freedom of movement in the Security Zone was continued.
«The question concerning the freedom of movement appears rather difficult due to the fact that we can really see today that the Moldova's side can't clear up the meaning of their concept," the head of the Pridnestrovie's delegation emphasized and added that the Kishinev representatives reason their demand with abolition of law enforcement pickets in the Security Zone. This, according to Oleg Belyakov, is fraught with drastic consequences; in particular it may cause uncontrolled weapon and ammunition trafficiing and infiltration of criminals.
