“The Great Patriotic War 1941 – 1945” is theme of the Open Lesson by the PMR President

The President held another Open History Lesson. The event was held in the Large hall of the Palace of the Republic. The audience was more than seven hundred people. Mostly – Pridnestrovian high school students and initial year students of secondary and higher education institutions. There were history teachers, as well as officials representing various public and administrative authorities of the republic among the guests. The topic of the lesson was chosen personally by the lecturer. “The Great Patriotic War 1941 - 1945” without doubt in the year of the 80th anniversary of the liberation of the Pridnestrovian land from the Nazi invaders and on the eve of Victory Day. The chronology of tragic and great events voiced by Vadim Krasnoselsky was illustrated with informational, musical and theatrical inserts.

The Open Lesson was held within the framework of the “Dialogue on equal terms” republican project of the PMR Education Ministry with the support of the Pridnestrovian historical portal.
