Tiraspol, September 2. /Novosti Pridnestrovia/. The Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic was established by the people’s willing on the referendum 30 years ago. Having the all elements of sovereign state, the PMR have proved its validity during this period of time. About this the President of PMR told in interview to the Parlamentskaya Gazeta online newspaper
The people’s interests are the important aspect of the government policies, Vadim Krasnoselsky stressed.
“This is not meaningless words. We are looking for possibilities for infrastructure upgrading, creating comfortable living conditions, wide social supporting even in such difficult economic conditions. We are continuing to do this in future”, assured the leader of Pridnestrovian Republic.
The another ample proof of PMR’s and society validity is peaceful, respectful coexistence of tens of nationalities, religions, cultures and traditions.
“In such case the recognition is, of course, important but there are also technical and geopolitical moments. We see that on the political map of the world there are functionless or existing only map state entities. Nevertheless, they have recognition”, told the president.
There are other examples among them there is the PMR. By the opinion of Vadim Krasnoselsky, the recognition of Pridnestrovie depends not only on PMR or some objective factor. The determining factors are willing of inner players and international situation. But the last one is unstable and changes too fast. The goal that yesterday was unreachable could become new reality, stressed leader of the state.
“Because of that I’m sure that international community will understand the necessity to respect Pridnestrovians’ opinion to live independently in homeland as soon as possible. It is inevitable. We have perfect political and juridical basis for the international recognition. And Pridnestrovie is ready for this”, concluded Vadim Krasnoselsky.
