The President held a working meeting with the heads of state authorities and administration. The heads of state administrations of cities and districts of the republic informed about the situation on the ground. The situation is stable. Vital activity is provided in the working mode.
The continuation of the presidential program for the construction of affordable housing was discussed. For example, there is only one long-term construction left in Tiraspol – four floors that are idle without a roof along Tekstilshchikov Street. They plan to build a residential nine-story building with 108 apartments on the basis of this construction: 72 one-room apartments, 18 two-room and 18 three-room apartments. The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2024. A housing cooperative is to be established. The plans for the future include the construction of three high-rise buildings in Mileva Street. The work will be started almost from scratch. The site was being prepared for a school building, but it turned out to be unclaimed for the district. There are ideas for a housing program in Novotiraspolsky settlement. A dormitory building is idle in Sovetskaya Street, which is under the jurisdiction of state university, but is not used. Several addresses at which apartment buildings for state employees may appear in the future are named in Bendery and Rybnitsa.
Among the topics that were raised in the course of the meeting under the President is the salary of coaches. Monitoring was carried out, the workload, the level of remuneration, and the effectiveness of incentive mechanisms were analyzed on behalf of the PMR President. The system is built qualitatively in general. Identified shortcomings and specific cases of non-compliance are taken into account, appropriate measures are taken. The President noted that coaching should be adequately paid, but emphasized at the same time that it involves direct interaction with students in the physical culture and sports field.
The problems faced by the staff of some educational and medical institutions, the financing of which is carried out as part of the implementation of pilot projects were discussed. This status did not allow employees to raise wages by 12%, as happened in other institutions. Necessary legal amendments are being made.
They talked about the resumption of the activity of asphalt concrete plants. The work is seasonal – it depends on the weather and temperature conditions. The current weather and temperature conditions are favorable.
The President said in the course of the meeting that he plans to hold meetings with deputies in the near future. The format is interactive. These will be field events at the sites of city and district councils. Vadim Krasnoselsky emphasized that the participation of local heads of state administrations is obligatory.
