The President is on a visit to Kamenka District

Attention has been paid to more than a dozen rural medical institutions during the operation of the capital investment program. Somewhere they reconstructed rural medical outpatient clinics, in other settlements new modern feldsher-obstetric centers appeared. Medical outpatient clinics and feldsher-obstetric centers are provided with new furniture and equipped with the necessary equipment. This is the principled position of the President.

The transformation of the local medical institution in the village of Yantarnoye, Kamenka District, was also awaited. The settlement is small: 89 yards, one and a half hundred inhabitants. There is a House of Culture and a feldsher-obstetric station. The building of medical and prophylactic institutions is spacious, but it has not been renovated since 1994. The influence of time was intensified by bad weather: strong wind destroyed the dilapidated roof. The choice was to renovate the building or install a new lightweight module. Local residents insisted on restoring their usual medical facility. The volume of work was big. The renovation started in 2020 and was completed in 2021. A post office during the reconstruction was included in the same building at the request of the villagers, with which they turned to the PMR President.

Yantarnoye will celebrate in November the 92nd anniversary of the founding of the village, and the other day - a temple holiday. The gift was received on the eve, today the reconstructed feldsher-obstetric station was officially put into operation. The President arrived to personally check the readiness of the facility. He is accompanied by the heads and representatives of the Government, the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Economic Development, the Head of the Kamenka administration, as well as the head physician of the local central regional hospital, to which the feldsher-obstetric station is. Vadim Krasnoselsky congratulated the villagers on the long-awaited improvement of the medical facility, noting that the state is making every effort to make high-quality health care available to rural residents, regardless of the number of citizens living in the village. The PMR President talked to the staff of the feldsher-obstetric station, and talked to the villagers. The local paramedic said that she receives up to a dozen villagers every day.

They talked with the President about vital matters. Yantarnoye is supplied with gas, but is not included in the centralized water supply system. Local residents said that once water was supplied to rural houses, but during perestroika everything was destroyed. Now they use water from well. It is hoped that it will appear next year in taps. The project has been developed. An old well will be taken as a basis. Vadim Krasnoselsky noted that he knows about the aspirations of the residents of Yantarnoye, discussed this issue with the regional leadership, the Government and the water utility. The village is considered a priority.

Another inconvenience that the residents of Yantarnoye told the President about is the lack of a store. Food is brought twice a week from a neighboring village. They came in the conversation to the conclusion that the compact retail outlet could be located next to the post office - in the same building of the feldsher-obstetric center, which was opened today. Thus, this building will become a kind of rural center for providing services to the population, which is very convenient in terms of logistics and efficient use of space.

They talked with the President about rural roads, shares, pensions, prices. Vadim Krasnoselsky answered all the questions of the interlocutors, gave explanations, spoke about some aspects of the internal policy of Pridnestrovie, focused on the importance of preserving villages, the development of which is a guarantee of ensuring the country's food security.

The PMR President met with a local veteran of the Great Patriotic War. Ivan Ivanovich Sichinsky said that he was rich with five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. He says that he watches news on TV every day, watches the work of the country's leadership, and dreamed of meeting the President personally. Vadim Krasnoselsky, in turn, noted that he was glad to meet you and was proud to have the opportunity to personally communicate with the veteran. He drew attention to the youthful spirit of Ivan Ivanovich and noted that this should be learned from the representatives of the generation of winners.
