The IV Congress of the All-Republican Association of Employers - the Union of Industrialists, Agrarians and Entrepreneurs of Pridnestrovie was held in the assembly hall of the "Elektromash" Tiraspol plant. The initiator of the meeting was Yury Cheban, the Head of the Union of Industrialists, Agrarians and Entrepreneurs of Pridnestrovie. He acted as a moderator of today's meeting. His proposal to convene the congress was supported on the 9th of September this year by the Council of the All-Republican Association of Employers – the Union of Industrialists, Agrarians and Entrepreneurs of Pridnestrovie, which includes the heads of industry associations and the largest industrial enterprises of the republic. 350 people registered for participation, 323 delegates were present in the hall. These were employees of more than six dozen business entities – Moldavian Metallurgical Plant, Rybnitsa Cement Plant, agricultural firms Agroalt, Orchards of Pridnestrovie, Fialt-Agro, collective farm Put Lenina from Kamenska, production enterprises Buket Moldavii, Intercenter Lux, Bendery meat-packing plant,"Tiraspol bread-baking plant", "Softshuz", "Tirotex", "Floare", "Tigina", "Vestra", "Moldavizolit", "Electromash", "Moldavkabel", "KVINT", "Pribor" and many others.
The PMR President Vadim Krasnoselsky was invited to the event, as well as the leadership of state authorities and administration. The purpose of the extraordinary congress is to nominate a candidate for participation in the upcoming presidential elections by labor collectives. There are legal grounds for this: the corresponding powers are spelled out in the electoral code, the law "On associations (unions) of employers" and the charter of the organization.
Heads of a number of enterprises spoke from the factory rostrum in support of the candidacy of Vadim Krasnoselsky as the President in the next electoral period. Director of LLC "Fialt-Agro" Sergei Pisarenko spoke about the role of agriculture in the economy of Pridnestrovie, stressing that support for the agro-industrial complex is an important component of not only economic, but also social policy of the state. Using the example of the organization he heads, he spoke about the positive changes in recent years, which made it possible to seriously increase production volumes, diversify activities, create an extensive distribution network, increase the number of jobs from 260 to 720 in four years. The entrepreneur said that thanks to respectful partnership state to the enterprises of the agro-industrial complex, the fulfillment of the most important task to ensure the country's food security has become a reality. Subsidies, concessional lending, reduced tariffs for water and energy resources, the state program for land reclamation allow the industry to develop. The agrofirm reached the production level with such support: the daily milk yield is 15 tons, under irrigation of 2355 hectares of land, Sergei Pisarenko said, stressing that these indicators were previously unattainable due to the lack of systematic and effective interaction between government agencies and the business community.
Valentina Zubkova, director of the Bendery meat-packing plant, voiced her argument in favor of Vadim Krasnoselsky's candidacy. She said that under the current leader of the country, society has consolidated, cities are being transformed, villages are improving, the economy, even despite such negative factors as a pandemic and drought, is developing. Talking about her enterprise, the head noted that the reasonable internal policy of Pridnestrovie allowed not only to withstand, but to expand production. BMK now ranks second in the city in terms of tax payments. Modern equipment has been purchased. The own pig-breeding complex is provided with a fodder base. 80% of the land used by the Bendery combine is under irrigation. The range of products has been significantly increased.
Director of the Grigoriopol plant growing company Agro-Compact Stepan Platsynda spoke about the success of his enterprise that became possible thanks to the support of the state and the personal involvement of the President in almost all processes that can affect the development of the economy. He noted that despite the natural and climatic tests, about half a million tons of grain were stored in the bins. According to the farmer, it would have been impossible to achieve such a result with the previous lending rates of 22-25%. Now the Pridnestrovian agricultural producers are credited at 3% per annum, which is the subject of justified envy on the part of the agrarians of neighboring states, the entrepreneur noted. There is an effective system of subsidies and state subsidies operating in the PMR.
The general director of CJSC "Moldavkabel" has his own counting system in determining the period of successful development of the enterprise. Yunis Rahimov said that five years ago the enterprise he headed supported Vadim Krasnoselsky in the presidential elections. 1734 days have passed since he took office. All this time the plant has been moving forward. Yunis Rahimov noted that the incumbent President has been to the enterprise more than once, delving into the details and specifics of the plant's work, taking an interest in difficulties and proposing real ways to solve emerging problems. An interesting fact from the biography of the PMR President was announced: at one time it was at the "Moldavkabel" that Vadim Krasnoselsky began his career. The director of the plant in his speech focused on such an important aspect for the business community as reformatting the activities of customs authorities and the relationship of the State Customs Committee with economic entities. Example: if literally a few years ago it was considered the norm to prepare documents not only for hours, but also for a week, now documents for the export of products are processed at customs on average 6 minutes, for imports - 19. Yunis Ragimov recalled that it was Vadim Krasnoselsky in his time insisted on changing the mechanism of the inspection bodies, including customs. Orders were also received from the "Moldavkabel" collective. They were taken by the President to work.
The head of the Electromash plant Vladimir Trandasir spoke from the stage of the assembly hall about the president's attention to the enterprise, repeated visits of the President, interested communication with the factory workers, productive recommendations and effective instructions from Vadim Krasnoselsky. Among the projects successfully implemented on the initiative and with the support of Vadim Krasnoselsky is the dual education program, thanks to the participation in which Elektromash trains personnel not only for its divisions, but also for other enterprises. Another recommendation initiative of the President is the launch of the production of equipment for irrigation systems at the Tiraspol plant. The general director of the KVINT plant, the flagship of the Pridnestrovian wine industry Oleg Bayev began his speech not with economics, but with social issues. He spoke about the fight against the pandemic – about the timeliness of decision-making, about the responsibility that officials assumed, about the effective work of the Operational Headquarters, the participation of enterprises and individual citizens and of course the feat of doctors. Oleg Bayev focused on the fact that no process is possible without an interested and responsible leader. The same principle works in the economy, the entrepreneur is sure. He focused on the fact that without the support of the state, the wine sector would not have survived this difficult year. The death of grapes is ubiquitous. "KVINT" survived. The gross harvest has already exceeded 7000 tons (this figure is equal to the harvest last year). The current level is 20,000 tons. Oleg Bayev, as an experienced parliamentarian, also spoke about the upcoming elections to the State Duma, stressing the importance of the participation of the republic's residents in the formation of state bodies of Russia and naturally in determining the Pridnestrovian future.
Ivan Bystrov spoke about the progress of recent years in the development of a separate region - Kamenka. He runs the local sanatorium "Dniester" and heads the territorial division of the Pridnestrovian People's Forum. According to him, over 200 million rubles have been invested in the infrastructure of the district during 2017-2021. Attention is paid to dozens of educational, medical, leisure and cultural institutions, the local Wittgenstein park is being reconstructed, 18 playgrounds are equipped, the villages are provided with water supply. Ivan Bystrov noted that the residents of Kamenka are counting on further forward movement.
Sergei Sherstyuk spoke about direct contacts and productive interaction between the President and youth. He heads the youth wing of the Pridnestrovian People's Forum (Vadim Krasnoselsky is the leader of the Pridnestrovian People's Forum).
After listening to the delegates representing the Union of Industrialists, Agrarians and Entrepreneurs, various organizations and enterprises and advocating for the continuation of the presidency of Vadim Krasnoselsky in the next electoral cycle, the President expressed gratitude for the confidence shown. He recalled that he announced his readiness to run on September 12, the day the election campaign started, and elaborated on the reasons that prompted him to take this important - responsible and, according to Vadim Krasnoselsky, balanced - decision. The President recalled the state of affairs in the republic by the end of 2016, that 2017 was the year of collecting information, analyzing the situation and developing an action plan, which, in fact, is reflected in the Development Strategy of Pridnestrovie until 2026. Further, Vadim Krasnoselsky focused on how this state program has been implemented for four years, noting that the results achieved are the joint merit of the entire Pridnestrovian people, and emphasizing that the work continues.
The delegates of the congress at the end of the discussion part of the event put to a vote the question of nominating Vadim Krasnoselsky from the union of employers – the Union of Industrialists, Agrarians and Entrepreneurs and labor collectives of enterprises to participate in the elections of the President of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic. The proposal was adopted unanimously. The next stage is official registration as a candidate.
