Tiraspol, May 31. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. The team of the Faculty of Economics of the Pridnestrovian State University took second place in the Sixth International Science Student Olympiad on the history of economic studies, according to the University's website.

On May 14, in Moscow, PSU representatives competed with students from leading Russian economic universities - the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, Moscow State University, the Higher School of Economics, the Timiryazev Academy, as well as teams from the Belarusian, Abkhazian and South Ossetian State Universities.
The final stage was held in two rounds. It consisted of an individual quiz of each team member and a competition of pre-prepared creative questions in the style of the What? Where? When? game, addressed to their opponents.
According to the results of the competition, the PSU team took second place, only losing to the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation. The team included Yana Moisey, Anna Margvelidze, Maria Plotnik, Anastasia Sergienko, Yulia Tanasienko.
