Lev Solomonovich from Pridnestrovie became the prizewinner of Accordionists’ British College Festival

In the “Junior Variety” nomination, he took the second place, performing jazz and variety music

Tiraspol, March 10. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. The Pridnestrovian State Arts Institute student Lev Solomonovich became the winner of the British College of Accordionists’ anniversary international festival. This online festival was dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the educational institution foundation.

Lev Solomonovich took part in two nominations: “Junior Variety” as well as “Junior Classical.” In one of them the instrumentalist took the second place, performing jazz and variety music.

Previously, Lev Solomonovich took part in the 11th review competition of music schools and colleges students in the Russian central region in the framework of the 32th Bayan and Bayanists International Festival in Moscow.

The competition was held by the Gnesin Russian  Academy of Music, supported by the Friedrich Lips charitable foundation and was dedicated to 125th anniversary of the Gnesins music education system.

According to the competition results, Lev Solomonovich was awarded the 1st degree laureate diploma.

As early as April, the young musician is planning to take part in the 58th International Accordionists Competition in Klingenthal (Germany). In this place Lev Solomonovich will perform in the Senior Variety as well as Senior Classical senior categories.

Moreover, in the period from April 16 to 25, Lev will take part in the first Accordion Star International 2021 online festival in the United States of America as well as the international online competition of folk musical instruments performers “Les Etoiles Sancyberie” in France.
