The interlocutors discussed the course of the negotiation process between Pridnestrovie and Moldova. They focused on the activities of a number of expert (working) groups. They agreed to continue working dialogue aimed at building confidence between the parties. The situation in the Security Zone was discussed, in particular, the situation with reasonable - in connection with the prevention of the spread of coronavirus - restricting the movement of residents of several villages of Dubossary district, as well as the settlements of Kopanka and Varnitsa. Vadim Krasnoselsky and Igor Dodon agreed that the mechanism of movement of citizens of this category should be simplified. It was decided that persons registered in the designated villages, regardless of citizenship, will be able to freely move between Pridnestrovie and Moldova. Restrictions remain for citizens of the PMR who are not registered in these localities. In case of urgent need for movement, they must necessarily obtain permission from the Operational Headquarters under the PMR President.
