Tiraspol, July 8. / Novosti Pridnestrovya/. The Prime Minister of the PMR Alexander Martynov and the executive director of JSC «Ekoresurs engineering» Stanislav Todorov have signed the investment contract. The agreement provides an implementation of the project on the metallurgy waste processing. The new production will promote the development of the metallurgical and road industries, it is reported on the website of the Government.
«Attraction of investments is one of the main priorities for the Government of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic. You know that the new law where guarantees for investors are registered fully and widely works in the republic. Also, I want to note that the Government executes these guarantees. We held several investment forums, and there is an experience of foreign investors in the Republic», – the Prime Minister told.
According to the executive director of the JSC «Ekoresurs engineering» Stanislav Todorov, the company has already signed the contract on cooperation with Moldova Steel Works, all equipment is brought, established and tested. Production is ready to work.
«Process represents the crushing of slags and extraction of metal parts in a magnetic way. It will turn out into materials for iron and steel works and raw materials for road construction. This will be such a waste-free production», – Stanislav Todorov told.
The project became known half a year ago when work with the investor began, the director of the Investments Agency Andrey Betanov told.
For Pridnestrovie such production is new and unusual. Earlier production slag was just collected. Now it will be processed and form the salvage used in the construction industry and metallurgy.
«Slag crushed stone which is used in road construction subsequently is processed and produced. This technology was not used in Pridnestrovie earlier, however, it is widely known and applied all over the world. Also, the second product is metal scrap which will go for repeated processing on the Moldova Steel Works that will give better ecological effect at plant operation», – Andrey Betanov noted.
Use of these products in the construction industry will allow reducing expenses when importing granite crushed stone.
It should be reminded, today about 13 most perspectives to realization projects are in work of the Department. Besides, in the register of probable production of welding wire and electrodes, footwear, bicycles, an anchor timbering, the graphitized electrodes, oil, tooth implants, shaped profiles are registered. On each business plan there is an active process of interaction with investors. Besides, there are 5 more projects adopted by the agency, connected with the agricultural industry.
Last year the Law «About the State Support of Investment Activities» came into force. The document provides unprecedented measures of the state support and protection of investors interests and also the legal entities created by them which carry out investment projects. Since then the Government of the PMR concluded four agreements with investors from Romania, Ukraine, Moldova and Italy for the total amount of more than 4.7 million euros.
