Tiraspol, April, 18. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. The Ministry of Health leadership, headed by Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Health of the PMR, Alexey Tsurkan, visited the N.V. Sklifosovsky Moscow City Emergency Medical Research Institute.
Its leader told about the peculiarities of the institution`s work, Doctor of Medicine, Professor of the Russian Academy of Sciences Sergei Petrikov.
“For the effective work of the emergency waiting room, the scientific research institutes used the Japanese Kaizen system, which is also called the continuous self-improvement system. It clearly defines the patient’s route, the tactics of the doctor’s actions. The execution of a medical manipulation is determined by clinical recommendation. On its basis, a protocol is drawn up for the practical application of recommendations in a particular medical facility. Next, a medical and economic standard is formed, which is then substantiated and negotiated,” Alexey Tsurkan said.
According to him, thanks to this system, the entire workflow is optimized. “indeed, it is what we want and need to do in Pridnestrovie,” the Minister of Health added.
The Institute of N.V. Sklifosovsky has a well-developed area of training and retraining of specialists, there are 19 training courses. Now 600 residents are studying in the institute, according to the press service of the Ministry of Health.
Following the meeting, agreements were reached on assisting in the training of Pridnestrovian highly specialized staff, as well as in the development of an effective management system and organization of the work process.
