The design of the chamber provides a constant and uniform flow of heated air, free from dust and other particles that may damage the coating of the product. Coating application modes comply with European standards, including the operator’s labor protection during operation.
At the request of customers, various types of paints (including water-based), enamels, varnishes and other materials can be used in the chamber.
The advantages of this technology is the extended temperature range of operation - from -60 to +120°C. In addition, the processing of the product in the chamber has a higher mechanical strength to external exposure. The durability of the anti-corrosion coating is increased to 15 years.
