Tiraspol, February, 5. / Novosti Pridnestrovya/. Nearly 500 thousand euros for modernization – the shoe factory «Tigina» obtained a soft loan. Funds are planned to be allocated for the purchase of the new equipment. It is really necessary, the Director of the enterprise says. It is necessary to increase productivity and quality of products for saving sales markets.
«We have good equipment, as far as possible we update it, but the difficult economic situation in the international markets does not give us the chance to save enough money on the purchase of the expensive equipment to correspond to current trends of the market. At many cars programs of management became outdated, there is equipment on which it is impossible to find spare parts because it is laid off», - the Director of the Tigina factory Tatyana Sorokina tells.
According to her, banks with great caution agreed to issue the long-term credits without the support of the state. Therefore the management of Tigina decided to use the program of subsidizing and successfully protected the business plan. 468.5 thousand euros for 5 years are allocated under the general rate of 11% per annum, 7% of which are undertaken by the state according to the program of subsidizing. The total interest rate for the enterprise was 4% per annum.
«Subsidizing is the help to the big enterprises which want to make production modernization to resist in the market and somewhere even to come forward. A financial cycle at the industrial enterprises from two to eight years and they are interested in receiving cheap credit resources. Their banking system cannot provide full, but by means of the state, when subsidizing 7% of the general rate of the enterprise, are capable to take this credit and to master it», - the Director of the State Reserve Fond Vladimir Botnar noted.
Men's, women's and children's – annually the enterprise produces about 450 models of footwear. The products of Tigina are exported to Russia, Ukraine, Moldova, Romania and also to Germany. Now there is a work on the «spring-summer 2019» collection. But the outdated equipment and deficiency of seamstresses, cutters and founders of footwear do not allow the factory to work in full power.
Often it is even necessary to refuse additional orders. New sewing automatic machines for assembly of the top of footwear have to correct a situation. They will allow sewing not one, but at the same time four items, at the same time process will be monitored by a single person.
«Now we sharply feel the shortage of seamstresses, it is a problem of all shoe enterprises. Often we refuse orders because we do not manage to work them during a season. New machines will allow us to increase the outputs almost four times with the same number of employees», - the Head of the Process Preparation and the Quality Control Department Tatyana Gomenyuk explained.
Also, it is planned to buy the laser machine for cutting of textile material and also laser perforation that will give the chance to expand a model range, to increase the quality of products and to compete successfully with the European producers.
«We have returned on the Europe and Russia markets and we want to maintain that level of quality for which Tigina was famous for all 30 years of its existence», - Tatyana Gomenyuk emphasized.
Besides Tigina the shoe factory «Floare» was also included in the program of subsidizing. 800 thousand euros will go for modernization of a manufacturing line. Evrorostagro obtained a soft loan of 160 thousand euros. Funds will be allocated for laying of a strawberry garden with a full watering system complex.
