Tiraspol, January, 22. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. Today at a ceremonial opening of the Official Representation of the PMR in Moscow there were numerous guests. Among them there were representatives of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, diplomats, social activists.
Russia has to support the compatriots everywhere and especially where for the sake of freedom, independence and maintaining the shape, historical predetermination people were forced to take up arms to prevent assimilation and humiliation of own advantage. It was said by the First Deputy Chairman of the Russian Federation State Duma Committee for the CIS, the Eurasian Integration and Communications with Compatriots Konstantin Zatulin.

The Chairman of the International Slavic Council Sergey Baburin spoke about friendship and cooperation between the countries today.
«Opening of representation of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic in Moscow is the following step in the strengthening of its brotherly relations with the Russian Federation. I want to offer cooperation. I am several years the Chairman of the International Slavic Council. It unites national Slavic committees of almost all Slavic states. On January 31 in Moscow, the meeting of the International Slavic council will take place. Their heads of Slavic committees of Poland, the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Belarus, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Ukraine will participate. I would like such committee to be created in the PMR and I want you to direct the representative to this meeting. And the second. I sincerely hope that 2019 will become a great year and that blockade around native to me Pridnestrovie will be stopped. Way? The Lord will solve», - Sergey Baburin said.
To the Pridnestrovian people, the President of the Congress of National Reunification of Russia Vladimir Homeriki made a declaration of love and emphasized that the republic deserves independence.

We could integrate more to work on processes which interest both Pridnestrovie and the Russian Federation today. We are very glad to the opening of the Official Representation. I want to note that Pridnestrovie as any other unrecognized state deserves independence and in nearly 30 years proved what can exist as the independent state. Pridnestrovie has a developed industry, fine society, the system of public institutes, working humanitarian and social programs. The most important, the multinational and amicable people of Pridnestrovie all are focused and works for one purpose – on upholding of the independence, friendship with the Russian Federation, on that in the republic there was a peaceful life», - Vladimir Homeriki noted.
The Secretary General of Inter-parliamentary Assembly of the Unrecognised States, the Chairman of the Supreme Council of the PMR of 1990-2005 Grigory Marakutsa told about the importance of today's action. According to him, any state, recognized or not, wants people to know about it.
«To achieve the subsequent recognition, it is necessary to work in the different countries. And how to work? To have the representations, the people, an opportunity to distribute printing editions and in general information on the state. Therefore the opening of the Representation is an important event. It is necessary to tell the words of gratitude to the present authorities that found such an opportunity. I am sure that today's event will play a positive role in further formation and development of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic. It is important that the President of the PMR personally participates in the Representation opening ceremony. His presence gives weight to this event», - Grigory Marakutsa emphasized.
