Tiraspol, 21 May. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. A new dairy processing factory will appear in Pridnestrovie. Its opening is scheduled for the end of June, and preparatory work is in full swing now. The new factory is the expansion of the already operating family business - the livestock farm of the Fialt-Agro Company. This is the largest farm of this kind, with about 1,400 head of cattle.
"Last year we purchased 165 head of heifers in Germany, and today our farm produces more than 10 tons of milk, which we sell to the Tiraspol Dairy Factory. The idea of our own processing production occurred to us when the daily volume of milk yield reached 4-5 tons; the production capacity of our factory is estimated at 30 tons per day. We want to develop our raw material base, for which purpose we are going to purchase additional livestock for gene pool improvement and productivity," said Sergey Pisarenko, director of DOOO Fialt-Agro.
The farms are located in Rybnitsa District, and the dairy factory will be in Parkany, not far from the meat processing factory. Here, almost everything is ready for launch. Equipment is being installed and adjusted now. There are separate shops for each production stage - acceptance, cooling and pasteurization, fermentation, butter and cottage cheese production, packaging, finished goods warehouse with refrigerators. The factory has a laboratory and a modern 13-ton milk tanker, which has recently been purchased. Each production stage has the corresponding inventory and equipment to enable continuous work.
Very soon, in about a month, branded trucks will take kefir, sour cream, cottage cheese, milk, butter and various kinds of yoghurts (and later cheese) from here to the company's chain stores. They will sell under the already proven brand "Blagoda".
According to the director, when drawing up the product line, the main guiding line, of course, will be the buyer's demand. But the quality will be ensured by its own laboratory.
"Our task is to provide the domestic market with products. We will ensure quality by means of our own raw materials. It is guaranteed because we control the technological process from the beginning to the processing. The world model for the production of dairy products is as such - to go as far as possible from the purchase of raw materials from a private trader because he does not provide stability and guarantees in terms of quality and steady supplies," notes Sergey Pisarenko.
In order to supply milk continuously, the company will develop its raw materials base. The milch herd has about 500 head so far. A new farm, whose construction is already underway in Rybnitsa District, will help to double the livestock. According to the plan, in a few years it will fully provide the dairy factory with its own raw materials.
