Tiraspol, 27 December. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. President Vadim Krasnoselsky has met deputy CEO of Gazprom Valery Golubev, the president's press service reports.
Vadim Krasnoselsky recalled that nearly a year and a half had passed since the previous meeting, noting that many events had occurred on this period both in the country and abroad. Valery Golubev assured the president that the Russians were closely monitoring the developments in Pridnestrovie and in the neighbouring countries.
Speaking about the passing year, the Gazprom official called it difficult but rather successful, predicting that 2018 would be a year of significant changes.
"Russia will face serious tasks in 2018. We expect considerable changes on various fronts. For our company, the year will be very intensive in terms of the implementation of investment projects. There are plans to visit regions and neighbouring countries," said Golubev.
In continuation of the meeting, the interlocutors discussed further prospects of Pridnestrovie's cooperation with Gazprom.
