Tiraspol, 27 November. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. Russia has completed the rotation of its peacekeepers in Pridnestrovie. Each year in late October, the motorised OGRF battalion is withdrawn from the Joint Peacekeeping Forces (JPF) to join the OGRF and is replaced with another battalion.

This year over 400 Russian peacekeepers will discharge their duty at 15 peacekeeping posts and checkpoints in the Security Zone, the press service of the Western Military Region of Russia's defence ministry reports.

Also, the OGRF has finished preparing arms, military and special equipment for the winter operating mode. All the necessary works have been carried out over a week.
