Tiraspol, September 11. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. The Government told about the results of the visit to the Moscow Region. As the head of the delegation — the Deputy Prime Minister on finance Tatyana Kirova noted, a number of meetings with the relevant ministries and departments of the Region had been held in several days (between September 5 and September 8).
General extension of cooperation, as well as studying of experience in the specific projects concerning the work of schools and hospitals were the subject matter of the conversation.
«Structure of the today’s state administration, spending pattern of the social infrastructure — healthcare and education — fails to achieve optimum effect. When we observe low wages of teachers and doctors, when there is insufficient volume of investments in hospitals and schools, we say that it is necessary to change something. Talking is one thing, observing in practice how these institutions work is another," — the Deputy Prime Minister on strategic development and reforms Alexey Tsurkan explained.
The means of trade cooperation expansion were also discussed at the meeting. According to Tatyana Kirova, it was talked about search of new and expansion of the existing sales markets for the Pridnestrovian export — the agricultural and industrial output of the republic.
As the delegation representatives emphasized, the trip had been planned in order to give as many as possible practical results.
«We speak about it from the applied perspective because the large volume of standard and legal documentation has already been given to us and will be given soon. This documentation — certain orders and resolutions — can be taken as the basis, and these approaches and the principles can be applied here. The most successful practices can be implemented here, in the territory of Pridnestrovie," Alexey Tsurkan explained.
One of such successful practices is the work of the Construction Assistance Center at the government of the Moscow Region. It is a project which in practice implements the policy aimed to relieve the barriers in investments and business projects thanks to transferring of many state services to an electronic format.
Also, the subject of municipal management was raised during the meeting. However, it will be discussed during the next visit of the Pridnestrovian delegation in more detail. According to the plan, it will take place until the end of this month.
