Tiraspol, 11 December. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. As the head of Pridnestrovie's Central Election Commission (CEC), Yelena Gorodetskaya, noted during a press conference, 28.25% of voters had cast their ballot by 12:00.
«The election is recognised as valid by figures," the CEC chair underscored.
With the highest turnout in Grigoriopol and Kamenka — nearly 35% and 34%, respectively -other districts are showing a turnout of about 27 — 30%.
The electoral threshold is set at 25% for the current presidential election.
