Tiraspol, December 11. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. As the chairman of the Central Electoral Commission Elena Gorodetskaya reported, preliminary figures indicated that 59.16% of total number of voters had voted in the republic. Tiraspol citizens gained the upper hand — 64.41%. 54.16% of electorate voted in Bendery, also the voter turnout was 58.75% in the Kamenka district, in Rybnitsa district — 59.87%. 57.56% of voters discharged their civic duty in the Dubasary district, in Grigoriopol district — 58.32%, in Slobodzeya district — 56.70%.
Elena Gorodetskaya told that those results were good and noted that it meant concern and high level of civic responsibility of Pridnestrovians.
