Tiraspol, 17 February. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. President Yevgeny Shevchuk holds a meeting with the Presidium of the Government, the Presidential Press Office reports. At the meeting, the Minister of Finance provided the information on revenues in January, 2016. In particular, the republican budget revenue received 34 million rubles less during the first month of this year as compared to the same period of the last year, the local budgets — 13 million rubles less, than during the similar period of 2015. Income of the Uniform State Social Insurance Fund was reduced by 12 million rubles in comparison with January, 2015.
The upcoming consideration of the draft Republican Budget 2016 by the Supreme Council was also discussed there. In particular, the Minister of Finance informed on some amendments to the draft of the main financial document of this year. According to Irina Molokanova, the measures proposed by the Ministry of Finance will make it possible to reduce the budget deficit by 255 million rubles. At the same time, as it was reported at the meeting, the Government decided to direct a legislative appendix to the budget with the macroeconomic performance showing a real situation in the economy following the results of 2015 for approval of the Supreme Council.
Participants of the meeting discussed some issues concerning the work of a number of large republican enterprises, and the possibilities of rendering additional state support to them.
At the meeting, attention was also paid to the activity of the Healthcare Ministry, including the medicine supply of the medical institutions. «For those in need, there is a stock of vital medicines in the reserve warehouses of the Healthcare Ministry which will hold out till July of the current year," the head of the department stated. At the same time, Tatyana Skrypnik noted that the amount of accounts payable in medicines was about 13.5 million rubles that could cause difficulties at holding of tenders in 2016.
Tatyana Skrypnik also dwelled upon the activity of the SUE Lekfarm. We will remind that the enterprise was founded in 2012 at the request of the President to organize a chain of social drugstores. «Work of the organization was assessed as satisfactory according to the main indicators of the analysis; the enterprise earned 900 thousand rubles that year. At the same time, the debt of the state medical institutions before the SUE Lekfarm amounts to nearly 6 million rubles," the minister noted.
Also, the issue concerning paid medical services, including those in the Rybnitsa Diagnostic and Treatment Center, was raised during the meeting. «Current level of the tariff setting rules for medical services provides the institutions with possibility to break even," Tatyana Skrypnik emphasized. The Healthcare Minister also informed the Head of state on the epidemiological situation in a number of seasonal diseases.
A number of issues concerning the education sphere was discussed at the meeting. As the Minister of Education reported, the Government considers for approval a possibility of preservation of the food fee amount in kindergartens at the level of 2015.
During the meeting, the President also debriefed the Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources on the situation with share payments, and also the Ministrу of Justice — on their work on the draft housebuilding amnesty.
Following the results of the meeting with the Government, the Head of state Yevgeny Shevchuk gave a number of the corresponding instructions.
