Tiraspol, 8 February. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. Within the framework of preparing for rerun elections, which are to take place on 10 April 2016, territorial election commissions and local councils are engaged in establishing polling stations and forming district election commissions, the CEC press service reports.
The administrations of Dubossary, Kamenka and Rybnitsa have already made decisions about the organisation of polling stations and formation of district election commissions. Organisation meetings were also held to elect commission chairpersons, deputy chairpersons and secretaries.
In addition, in connection with the death of a deputy a decision has been made to form a polling station and form an election committee in Botuchany village for holding a rerun election to the village council.
The formation of a district election commission and establishment of a polling station are on the agenda of today's session of Dnestrovsk's town council.
Slobodzeya's town council will make a decision to organise polling station No.184 (constituency No. 5) and form a district election commission. The village council of Chibruchi has already formed district election commissions and four polling stations for holding a rerun election of the council chairman — village head.
It is specified by the CEC press service that according to the calendar schedule for the organisation of rerun elections of local councillors and a council chairman — village head, polling stations are to be established no later than 9 February, and district election councils must be formed no later than 19 February 2016.
