In an interview to Novosti Pridnestrovya, Pridnestrovie's JCC co-chair, Oleg Belyakov, noted there are no staffing problems in the Pridnestrovian peacekeeping contingent.
«Thanks to the special attention the president gives to the problems of the peacekeeping operation, the military service conditions have become far more attractive," said Belyakov. According to him, all aspects of everyday life and service of the Pridnestrovian peacekeepers have been enhanced, including money allowance, service regime, living conditions, transportation and so on.
In the past year, new up-to-date cabins have been installed at the checkpoints of Pridnestrovie's peacekeeping contingent (the peacekeeping operation is carried out by joint military contingents of Russia, Pridnestrovie and Moldova). These new service rooms are equipped, in particular, with modern climate control systems.
