According to the program purpose and objectives, the financial aid will be provided to Russian-speaking mass media from Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Germany, Italy, Kazakhstan, Cyprus, Lithuania, Moldova, the USA and Estonia," it is told in the statement of the Moscow Foreign Economic and International Relations Department.
The press service of the department emphasizes that, traditionally, Russian-speaking mass media pay much attention to the issues concerning the compatriots living abroad, and they are also the information partners of all main events taking place abroad at the initiative of the Moscow government, RIA Novosti reports.
