Tiraspol, 22 May. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. Prime minister Alexander Martynov was informed about the progress of adding new documents to the state service portal, the government's press service reports.
According to deputy prime minister Alexey Tsurkan, over 50 documents have been analysed in the five spheres supervised by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Social Security and Labour, registry offices, housing management companies.
"Of those 50 document, 16 will be able to be applied for in electronic form, and 12 will be prohibited from being demanded. But this is in case they are necessary for the subordinate institutions of state power bodies," added Tsurkan.
Alexander Martynov emphasised that work on the portal of state services was a priority.
"The portal of government services is very much expected by citizens and business. A step in this direction should be made in the middle of this year," concluded Alexander Martynov.
In addition, they discussed the adoption of the system of the interdepartmental workflow by ministries and agencies. Experts from the State Communication Agency are actively working in this direction and have already drawn up a schedule for including ministries and agencies in this system.
The portal of state services is introduced in the framework of an administrative reform, whose concept was approved in early March. The commission on administrative reform, headed by the prime minister, also includes members of state executive bodies and the expert community, as well as the leadership of the Public Chamber, the Chamber of Commerce, the Union of Industrialists, Agrarians and Entrepreneurs. Among the main functions of the commission is to provide public services to citizens in electronic form.
