Tiraspol, 29 March. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. The Government proposes amendmends to the Pridnestrovie's Administrative Code and to broaden the powers of the frontier guards in relation to the foreigners who committed administrative violations in Pridnestrovie.
As the head of some KGB department Victor Ilyichyov explained at the Government session, it was offered to authorize the officers of the border service with a right to administratively expel the foreigners and the stateless persons not residing in Pridnestrovie (temporarily or constantly), who committed administrative violations at entry into Pridnestrovie, from the republic.
The KGB representative noted that according to the current legislation the excpusion is executed by the court order.
