More than 11 million rubles were allocated from the state budget, the funding limit for this year is 15 million, 10 million are provided in the 2025 budget in 2023. A mini-football field, basketball and volleyball courts, a sports and games area, and a sector with outdoor exercise equipment have already been equipped. The construction of two more mini-football fields on the side of the Lions Arena sports complex is planned. Work on this site is underway and is planned for completion this year. An artificial surface of excellent quality is provided – the so-called French grass. While inspecting the future fields, the President asked about the drainage system. It is individual on each mini-football field. The meeting participants were told that in case of rain, the surface will be dried within a few minutes after it ends and ready to continue the game. This sector is waiting for the delivery of 60 tons of imported rubber crumb, necessary for the final filling of the artificial surface. The facilities will meet all modern standards.

This is a modern method of waterproofing, suitable for significant loads, which is important for ensuring safety (the surface of the stands is the roof of the premises under the stands).
