Tiraspol, March 04/ Novosti Pridnestrovya/. The email addresses of several Pridnestrovian institutions received anonymous messages about explosive devices placed in buildings.
According to the PMR Internal Affairs Ministry press service, every bus station in Pridnestrovie, municipal courts of Tiraspol and Bendery, Rybnitsa and Bendery state administrations, several schools in Slobodzeya and Rybnitsa, the Pridnestrovian Arts State Institute, the Shevchenko Pridnestrovian State University including its branches in other towns, the Republican Hospital for invalids of the Great Patriotic War, the Benderyteploenergo municipal unitary enterprise.
The specialists of the Internal Affairs Ministry, the Defense Ministry, and the State Security Ministry are inspecting buildings and adjacent territories. On the majority of facilities, inspections have already been completed. Explosive devices weren’t found.
The PMR Internal Affairs Ministry as well as the PMR State Security are working to identify the number of persons involved in sending the e-mails.
Law enforcement officers note that those who sent messages could face up to three years imprisonment under article 205 of the PMR Criminal Code (knowingly false report of a threat to the terrorism act).
