The PMR President in the course of one of today's meetings was informed about progress in the repair and construction of healthcare facilities. Vadim Krasnoselsky drew attention to the bad faith of some contractors. The participants in the working discussion discussed the problems in a targeted manner, with an indication of specific medical institutions, implementing organizations and measures of influence. The President mentioned the law that had been submitted to him for signature, which implies amending the current law on the state budget. The changes are related to the implementation of the Capital Investment Fund program. Additional funds are allocated for the timely and full completion of work, the volume of which at some facilities turned out to be more than originally planned. The projects, the implementation of which will last a little longer than planned were discussed. We are talking, for example, about the Dubossary Park of Energetikov. The reasons are objective. One of the main ones is changing the project to a more capacious one. Taking into account the needs of the local population, the location from the walking and play area has been redesigned into a recreational and sports one, which will require more time and costs to complete the work. At the same time, Vadim Krasnoselsky emphasized that deliberate delay and unjustified sluggishness are unacceptable.
Discussing the improvement of the territory of the Republican Clinical Hospital, they raised the issue of a new building for forensic medical examination. Vadim Krasnoselsky emphasized that the institution for which the new building was built should be appropriately equipped. The specificity of the activity requires special equipment that meets modern requirements, functionality and tasks facing the Department of Forensic Expertise.
The President in the course of the videoconference meeting asked how the greening works in the cities and regions of the republic were progressing. He gave a number of current assignments and informed that on-site inspections were scheduled for today.
