The Head of the State Service for Culture and Historical Heritage of the PMR Maria Kyrmyz told and showed Vadim Krasnoselsky today what work has been carried out within the framework of the capital investment program at the Pridnestrovian State Art Museum, located in Bendery. The work was planned in several stages. Three million rubles were allocated from the 2024 capital investment fund. Utility networks have been replaced to date, the necessary partitions have been erected, and the floors on the first floor have been put in order. The President was told that the basement of the premises was in a deplorable state. The roof required repair. The facade is being put in order from the side of the museum courtyard so far. The front facade is the next stage. Vadim Krasnoselsky drew attention to the need to preserve the historical elements of its design. It would be useful to provide lighting, they said in the course of the meeting. The materials were discussed. Textured paint of local production was chosen for the current facade work. They talked about the fate of the outbuildings. They are all in a dilapidated state and will be demolished.
The interlocutors emphasized the demand and importance of the reconstructed object. The museum fund has about 4.5 thousand units. It is necessary not only to ensure their preservation, but also to create sites for their exhibition and maximum public involvement in the sphere of culture, history, education, noted Vadim Krasnoselsky.
