Tiraspol, September 10. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. Sheriff U-19 will play in the Champions Youth League. The young footballers got their place in the group stage of the football competition thanks to the first team`s success.
Rivals and match days are duplicated for the youth teams in the European Cup tournament as for the first teams. The time of the games changes though. For example, Sheriff U-19 will play against their peers from Shakhter U-19 on September 15 at 12 pm. On the same day at 7:45 pm, Sheriff and Shakhter will walk out to the main arena in Tiraspol.
Here is the full schedule of Sheriff U-19 matches in the UEFA Youth League:
• September 15, 12 pm, Sheriff U-19 - Shakhter Donetsk U-19;
• September 28, 5 pm, Real Madrid U-19 - Sheriff U-19;
• October 19, 3 pm, Inter U-19 - Sheriff U-19;
• November 3, 12 pm, Sheriff U-19 - Inter U-19;
• November 24, 12 pm, Sheriff U-19 - Real Madrid U-19;
• December 7, 12 pm, Shakhter U-19 - Sheriff U-19.
In case of Sheriff youth team`s successful performance in the Champions League, the draw for the playoffs will take place on December 14 in Nyon, Switzerland for them.
