Tiraspol, September 8. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. The volume of remittances transferred to Pridnestrovie in July amounted to just over $ 12 million. In general, since the beginning of this year, 81.6 million dollars have come to the republic through international money transfer systems, which is 15.5 million, or almost a quarter more than in January-July 2020.
According to the Pridnestrovian Republican Bank, more than half of all remittances in July were sent from Russia. It traditionally holds the first place position here. The second to fifth places are occupied by Israel, Germany, the USA and Poland, respectively. The top ten also includes Italy, Ukraine, Great Britain, Czech Republic and France.
Most often, Pridnestrovians receive money transfers through the Zolotaya Korona, Western Union and Contact payment systems. Slightly more than half of all transfers are in dollars. The Russian ruble and the euro accounted for 25.1% and 24% of the total number of transactions in July, respectively.
