Tiraspol, May 7. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. Pridnestrovie continues to develop an information environment for tourists. Information boards appear at the bus stations of the republic. There are a map, brochures and a reference book. They already locate in the capital and will soon appear throughout the republic, not only including bus stations, but also dispatch offices.
“This is a map with the republic main sights, brochures about the Catherine Park and the Bendery Fortress, indicating interesting places there. There is also an information guide with all the sights, cafes, restaurants, hotels, etc. The information is presented in Russian and English,” Egor Artyukhov, Deputy Director of the Tourism Agency said to Novosti Pridnestrovya.
In the near future, it is planned to publish maps with the sights of Tiraspol and Bendery, as well as the opening of a tourist information center. They are found in many cities of the world. You can go there to get oriented in an unfamiliar place and understand how to find what you need. The first center will be opened in Bendery since it was there that most tourists came before the pandemic.
“We will work with travel agencies, sanatoriums, hotels, cafes, restaurants to collect information material from them as much as possible. So that in such a center the tourist can get any information of interest to him. After that we plan to open similar center in Tiraspol,” Egor Artyukhov explained.
