Tiraspol, April 26. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. The PMR President Vadim Krasnoselsky commented on the incoming delivery of the Russian Sputnik V vaccine against coronavirus in Pridnestrovie.
“Initially, it was reported that 31,000 vaccine doses were sent to Pridnestrovie on the basis of existing arrangements. Upon arrival, about 31,000 units of the first Sputnik V ingredient were accepted to the PMR Hygiene and Epidemiology Center warehouse. The binary component in the same amount has been allocated to the Pridnestrovians, but will arrive later,” the head of state wrote in his Telegram-channel.
According to the PMR President’s announcement, the preliminary stipulated time of the arrival of the second tranche part arrival is three weeks. The decision to start the Sputnik V vaccination in Pridnestrovie will be made on basis of the dedicated specialists’ expert opinion.
