For many years, we have accepted reporting on paper. It’s the thing of the past. The First Deputy Chairman of the Government, Minister of Finance said, that report templates have already been uploaded to the state information system of Electronic Reporting. The software product is currently being tested with several organizations. The preparatory phase will end in mid-December. The fully digital platform will launch on January 1.
For using the Electronic Reporting service, it’s necessary to register in it (to send an appeal to the financial department) and receive an electronic signature in a certification center, the Government’s website reports.
In addition, according to Tatyana Kirova, until July 1, 2021, enterprises and individual entrepreneurs will have the right to choose whether to send tax, financial and statistical reports on paper or online. After this date, it is planned to leave only the online mechanism.
In concluding the meeting, the Prime Minister outlined, that the long-distance model of interaction between the state, the business community and citizens is not only quick and easy process, but also safe, especially now during the coronavirus pandemic.
“An extremely important step in the current environment is the reduction of paperwork. This concerns interdepartmental correspondence between state authorities: serious steps have already been taken in this direction and will continue. This also affects the cooperation between the state and citizens through the State Service Portal. You know, that significant steps were also taken in this direction this year. And, of course, we are talking about the interaction of the state and entrepreneurs, including the online reporting,” Alexander Martynov concluded.
