Such a promising program was developed by an interdepartmental group created in the middle of summer, which included representatives of the financial and economic block of the Government, the Pridnestrovian bank, the State Customs Committee, parliamentarians. The expert commission was headed by Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Economic Development Sergey Obolonik.
