The plans include organizing a circular movement in the area of the House of Culture at the intersection of Lenin and Kirov streets of Kamenka, building a storm sewer there and asphalting a corresponding section of the road, improving parking areas. There is an idea to return to its original place - in front of the Palace of Culture - an elegant miniature fountain. It was in this place in the "Khrushchev" times, said Vladimir Bychkov, noting that the initiative comes from the townspeople. Another project is to create a Square of Glory next to the chapel at the Heroes' Square. Photos and Biographies of Honorary Citizens will be placed on the now empty place, as well as a constantly updated exposition with information about the residents of Kamenka who won in various nominations of the "Person of the Year" competition.
It is planned to prepare a site with art objects, installations and special lighting in Lenin Square, which will be actively used during the New Year and Christmas period. There is a functioning fountain not far (district of Sheriff), next to which there is a public garden that requires attention. It will be tidied up and supplemented with a play area. Perhaps a so-called dry fountain will appear here, Vladimir Bychkov shared his plans.
The President asked about development of the sports infrastructure in the district. According to Vladimir Bychkov, the gymnasiums of educational institutions have been brought into proper condition. There are still difficulties with the creation of conditions for professional sports. The question of reconstruction of the stadium and construction of a gymnasium is open. This year, a mini-football field and a combined basketball and volleyball court were improved. The option of building a large-scale sports sector in the area of Wittgenstein Park is being considered in the future, restoration of which is also attributed to priority tasks. It is proposed to allocate a long-standing idle territory of the former stadium of the local technical school for the sports area. In addition to fields for playing sports, tennis courts, workout areas, there is an opportunity to lay athletics and cycling paths.

This year, within the framework of the capital investment fund program, the village of Sloboda-Rashkovo should be provided with centralized supply of drinking water. The situation is extremely difficult: water has gone from 80 public and three hundred private wells. Next year, they expect to install water supply system in the village of Grushka, a significant part of which is located on a hill. The local population has to buy drinking water. There are problem areas in Kamenka. Issues are being resolved both within the framework of the state program and the investment program of the State Unitary Enterprise "Water Discharge and Water Supply", said Vladimir Bychkov. The plans for the next year include construction of wells and treatment facilities in the area of the Kamenka cannery.
